Love with Food October Box - Jump start the school year

My Mailman must think I have a shopping problem as I seem to get a box in the mail every single day. Oh just wait Mr. Mailman...I recently signed up for another food box, The Goodies Co and I signed Gabe up for Birch Box Man. This brings my monthly subscription boxes to 6. Someone stop me! One box that doesn't make me feel guilty is my Love with Food subscription. As I have mentioned in past posts, a meal is donated to a hungry child for every box purchased. I really love this concept.

This months box was themed around jump starting the school year.  It introduced healthy snacks for the school year. Although I do not have Children, nutrition, especially in our youth is very important to me. I also like finding healthy snacks to munch on.

The first thing I noticed when I opened this box was the Numi Organic Tea's. They have exotic flavors, are high in caffeine and have been known to help with weight management and digestion. While I love a strong cup of espresso, I adore a strong cup of tea. We have tried two of the 6 flavors they provided us with - Basil Mint Pu-erh and Chocolate Pu-erh. Both of which were delicious. Other flavors include Emperor's Pu-erh, Ginger Pu-erh, Cardamom Pu-erh and Jasmine Pu-erh. I love the variety of flavors and will be buying more of this tea. I got three Blackberry Blossom honey strips to stir into the tea
Also in the box was an assortment of goodies. I was very excited to see the Enjoy Life not nuts Seed and Fruit mix. Free of the 8 most common food allergens, the Mountain Mambo mix had sunflower kernels, pumpkin seeds, raisins, apples, chocolate chips and cranberry's.  It was so good, it only lasted about 3 minutes before it was gone.

The box also included a Natasha's Health Nut Cranberry Orange Cookie (no sugar, gluten free and reduced carbs). A bag of Snikiddy All Natural Baked Fries (gluten and wheat free) which come in a ton of different flavors. Go  Go Squeez Applesauce, which are great to throw in your purse for a quick snack. Mrs. May's White Sesame Acai Strawberry strips, zero trans fat, vegan, gluten free, no cholesterol, no preservatives
I encourage everyone to sign up for this subscription box. You are helping out hungry kids while learning about new products. This is my third love with food box and each time I am impressed with the selection. 13,400 meals have been served thanks to Love with Food and here is how you can sign up to make a difference:

Click here to join love with food. You can pay for the year up front or pay as you go monthly. The box is $10 + $2 shipping.

  1. I love my Love with Food Box! This month, I decided to give everything a try before posting so I could review each product. However, I actually learned a few things from your post (i.e. Seed and Fruit Mix free of 8 most common allergens!) Glad you are enjoying it, too. Cheers~

    1. P.S. I think I need a subscription box intervention, too! I signed up for goodies, but didn't get a box the first month. I don't think I was charged yet, though. So I'm still waiting for that one!

    2. I would say 90% of the box is gone. The only thing left is the cookie, lol. That was the fastest I went through the box. I was accepted for Goodies in the beginning of October but I don't think I will get a box until November. I confuse my boyfriend w/ all the boxes.

    1. You're going to love Love with Food! It is so much fun. I literally go to the mailbox everyday and get sad when I don't get something. It doesn't happen often, but yesterday it did (and I got caught pouting about it).
