WHERE: Anywhere you can run or walk 5K (3.1 miles) in one go on a road, trail, track, treadmill — anywhere!

Submit proof of your run by filling out the form (click here) and upload a photo of your watch, phone app, or treadmill clock for your proof of time. Must submit proof no later than 11:59pm on April 2nd.
