Today’s post is sponsored by Mezzetta, by my love for their delicious snacks is all my own!

I don't know about you but holiday entertaining is something I look forward to every year, then stress out about it when the time comes around. Both my husband and I have large families and the last two weeks of December are always hectic fun. One thing I like to do is find new and easy Holiday Recipes. Something that everyone will like but not keep me in the kitchen all day!

I loved the idea of having a make your own flat bread station for holiday entertaining. I tested this at home and made three different kinds of flat breads in under 10 minutes. At first, Gabe was a little hesitant but when he tasted the final product, we decided this was a must at our next family gathering. The great thing about the DIY flat breads is that each person can put whatever they want on their pizza and be eating it in 10 minutes or less! This is great for those with kids or picky adults in their families.

I cooked all three of our pizzas at the same time, giving us three different varieties. You can use any flat bread found in your deli, a few brands are now making specific flat breads for pizza, which I prefer to use. Cook the flat bread at 375 for 2 minutes, then add your toppings of choice and cook for another 4-5 minutes or until your cheese has melted. As I mentioned above, you can make any pizza imaginable.

For my three flat bread pizzas, I used the following ingredients (not all at once):
Flat Bread (pizza specific)
Pizza Sauce
Thai Peanut Sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Mezzetta Deli Sliced Roasted Bell Pepper Strips
Mezzetta Sliced Kalamata Olives
Mushrooms
Broccoli slaw

Thai Chicken Flatbread
The first flat bread is one of my favorite at home pizzas - a quick Thai Chicken Flatbread. I started with peanut sauce, covered with cheese, chopped chicken deli meat, cooked mushrooms, broccoli slaw and Mezzetta Deli-Sliced Roasted Bell Peppers. I also put fresh cilantro on top but started eating the pizza before I remembered to do so. This is such an excellent and easy pizza.

Italian Veggie Supreme Flatbread
The second flat bread is my take on Italian Veggie Supreme. I started with pizza sauce, topped with mozzerella cheese, cooked chicken Italian sausage, Mezzetta Kalamata Olives, Mezzetta Deli-Slided Roasted Bell Pepper Strips. After the pizza was cooked, I topped it with a few Mezzetta Deli-Sciced Mild Pepper Rings.

Meat Lovers Supreme Flatbread
The third flat bread was Gabe's creation - a Meat Lovers Supreme. We started his pizza with pizza sauce, topped with mozzarella cheese, cooked chicken Italian sausage, pepperoni and Mezzetta kalamata olives.
